Security Deposit:

There is a refundable security deposit to be paid at the time of registration on the website. This deposit entitles the customer to a Free Delivery. On return of the deposit customer’s account will be deleted. The registration fee and deposit will have to be paid again for new account creation.

In case the toy is rendered damaged, a fee will be applied depending on the extent of the damage. All item(s) sent to you are high quality & thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Upon receipt of the item(s), please ensure that the same is in good condition. In case of any anomaly, please report it to our team.

Minimum Retention Period Extension:

You can make an extension request at least 2 days prior to the scheduled return. The minimum extension period is 1 week and multiples thereafter.
