Cancellations/Refunds:
Packages once booked and toys shortlisted will not be cancelled or exchanged with another toy since that will disturb the deliveries already planned for other
customers.
Sanitization:
Toys are thoroughly cleaned with a high-quality sanitizing solution to completely disinfect them from any traces of deadly viruses and quality checked.
Delivery + Installation Charges:
NIL 🙂 We don’t want to hassle you with any extra charges so all the deliveries and Installations are FREE. However, for certain locations, we might charge a nominal amount towards delivery.
- The cost per additional hour is Rs. 1000
- Night pickup (9 pm – 11 pm) charges of Rs. 1500
- Nanny for taking care of the kids for Rs. 1000
